I am a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Southern California, advised by Professor Sven Koenig.
My areas of interest are artificial intelligence and multi-agent systems. My research focuses on multi-agent algorithms for scalable optimization using learning and search techniques. Applications of my research are large-scale distributed and intelligent systems, such as warehouse automation, smart manufacturing, and traffic management.
I earned my PhD in Computer Science at LMU Munich, advised by Professor Claudia Linnhoff-Popien. I received my M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from LMU Munich and my B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Munich University of Applied Sciences. During my PhD, I led the Technology and Research on Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (TRAIL) at LMU Munich. In 2015, I was a Visiting Scholar in Research at Yale School of Medicine for three months, advised by Professor Joerg Bewersdorf.
